2. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
Reseller Status: We operate as an authorized reseller of authentic premium luxury goods. All items displayed on our Site are subject to availability.Pricing: Prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice. For South African buyers, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. For European Union (EU) and other international buyers, local customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may be levied by your destination country and remain your sole responsibility.Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from obvious pricing typographical errors on the Site.

3. PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Payment Gateways: Payments are processed securely via our integrated third-party payment gateways (including Peach Payments and verified local/international card processors).Card Security: We do not collect, view, or store your credit card or banking credentials. All transactions are processed through encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.Currency: Transactions may be charged or displayed in Euros (EUR) or South African Rand (ZAR). 4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD) Processing: 
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.Delivery Locations: We ship locally within South Africa and internationally to the European Union and other select regions.Delivery Tracking: All shipments are dispatched via tracked courier services. Upon delivery, the courier will require a physical or digital signature. This signed delivery note constitutes final Proof of Delivery (POD) and confirmation that the parcel was received in good condition.

5. COOLING-OFF PERIOD, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
South African Buyers (ECTA): In terms of Section 44 of the ECTA, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, provided the goods remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.European Union Buyers (Right of Withdrawal): If you are purchasing from the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging at your cost.Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via support@xosier.com with photographic evidence so we can log a claim with the courier.

Brand Ownership: Third-party luxury brand names, logos, and associated product imagery displayed on this Site are properties of their respective trademark owners.
