  • Economy Shipping: We offer a flat-rate economy shipping fee of 7.99 Euros per order.

  • Delivery Window: Once your order is processed and dispatched from our boutique or atelier, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

2. Original Packaging & Brand Integrity

  • Untouched Presentation: To preserve the absolute authenticity and elite craftsmanship of your piece, every single item comes in its original designer box.

  • Zero Intervention: There is absolutely no external branding intervention, repackaging, or alteration from the Xosier brand. You will receive your luxury piece exactly as it was crafted and boxed by the original designer, ensuring its pristine, untouched state.

3. Complimentary Premium Insurance

Because we specialize in high-end luxury products, your peace of mind is our absolute priority.

  • Full Value Coverage: All items shipped by Xosier are fully insured from our doors to yours at no additional cost to you. This comprehensive protection covers your package against loss, theft, or structural damage while in transit.

  • Transit Mishaps: In the rare event that an item is lost or arrives damaged during the delivery process, Xosier assumes full financial responsibility. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on how we expedite replacement items or issue a full refund for shipments that experience transit complications.

4. Processing and Dispatch

  • Handling Times: Orders are processed, meticulously inspected, and packaged in secure transport materials during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Tracking Your Acquisition: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your secure tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

5. Delivery and Signature Requirement

  • Secure Delivery: Due to the high value of our luxury handbags, all Xosier shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We strongly advise ensuring that someone is available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier will typically leave a notice or attempt redelivery the following business day. Unclaimed packages returned to our facility may incur additional shipping charges to be resent.
