1. 14-Day Return Window
We accommodate returns within 14 calendar days from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your luxury handbag must be dispatched back to our boutique or transit facilities within this strict 14-day window. Returns requested or initiated after 14 days from the date of purchase cannot be accepted.
2. Mint Condition Requirement
Given the highly exclusive and premium nature of our luxury handbags, items must be returned in absolute mint condition. We maintain rigorous quality control standards, and returned items will undergo a comprehensive inspection by our internal specialists upon arrival.
To qualify as "Mint Condition," the return must strictly adhere to the following criteria:

The item must be entirely unused, unworn, and unaltered, showing zero signs of wear, creasing, handling, or blemishes.

All original protective elements, including plastic hardware films, leather wraps, and handle coverings, must remain completely intact and undisturbed.

The item must be housed in its original, pristine packaging, including the designer box, dust bag, tissue paper, and structural stuffing.

All accompanying documentation—such as authenticity cards, certificates, care booklets, security tags, and the original sales receipt—must be enclosed without exceptions.
Please Note: Any item that arrives damaged, soiled, or altered will fail inspection and will be returned to the client at their own expense; no refund will be extended under these circumstances.
3. Fully Insured Shipments & Transit Protection
To ensure absolute peace of mind, all items shipped by Xosier are fully insured from our doors to yours. This complimentary premium insurance protects your acquisition against loss, theft, or damage during initial transit.

Insured Items "Gone Wrong": In the rare event that an item is compromised during delivery—including physical damage upon arrival, structural defects, or an order transit failure—Xosier assumes full financial responsibility. We offer complete, expedited refunds or premium replacements for any insured shipments that experience transit mishaps or arrive damaged.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item has arrived at our facility and successfully cleared our specialist mint-condition inspection, or your transit insurance claim is approved, your refund will be authorized.
